Located in the Östermalm neighborhood of Stockholm, Café Foam is a surprising mix between Spain and Sweden – according to its designers. Blonde wood, pale walls, vivid colors between shades of pink, red and purple, it’s a trendy café with three key words: quality, innovation and care. While keeping the spirit that has always made Foam somewhere unique!

Its brunch has always been popular and very much appreciated. Foam serves it on weekends, and it offers four different options:
- American pancakes with seasonal fruits, berries and vanilla ice cream (SEK 135)
- Scrambled eggs and bacon, with sausage and salad (SEK 140)
- Club sandwiches with chicken, bacon, avocado and roasted potatoes (SEK 140)
- Brunch “de luxe”: scrambled eggs or club sandwiches, followed by American pancakes (SEK 240)
